Studio Subscription Purchases

Cancellation Policy

• Online studio streaming purchases are auto renewing subscriptions.
• After your 7 day trial ends, your credit card will be automatically charged on a recurring basis unless you cancel.
• Your subscription will renew automatically each cycle unless cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your Yoga Flow Studio is not required to provide notice of an upcoming renewal.
• You may cancel your studio subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription in your profile.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to complete the cancellation process.

Refund Policy

• Once processed, all sales (new and renewing) are final. 
• No refunds are provided for any reason. 
• Your product is delivered immediately. You receive immediate access to all digital products.

In App Purchases

If you subscribed through the App, your subscription is with that third-party (Apple, Google Play). Please visit the app store where your subscription is managed for their specific refund policy and guidelines.

We are not able to cancel your in-app subscription.

Clear, Fair & Transparent Policy

We are not able to refund payments that have already been processed or cancellations made after the renewal date. If we allowed exceptions, it would remove any clear boundary around our policy and create inconsistency.

Our refund and renewal terms were clearly outlined in your initial purchase email and again before you entered any payment information. As consumers, it is expected that the terms are reviewed before completing a purchase.

It is also important to note that saying you were unaware the subscription was recurring is not a valid reason for a refund. The recurring nature of the membership is stated clearly throughout the purchase process. Choosing not to read the information does not shift responsibility away from the customer.
