Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style where poses flow together, guided by the breath. It emphasizes movement, rhythm, and creative sequencing to build strength, endurance, & focus.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a movement practice that strengthens the core muscles while improving posture, stability, & alignment. It uses controlled,  movements performed on a mat.

Yin

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held longer to gently stress the connective tissues of the body. It cultivates stillness, patience, & deep relaxation.
